PVC is an amorphous structure of white powder, glass transition temperature of 77 ~ 90 °C, vitrification is a more complex concept, for PVC powder, vitrification is in this temperature range, PVC will be transformed from white powder into glass. The glassy PVC begins to decompose again at about 170°C. The stability of light and heat is poor, and it is easy to decompose to produce hydrogen chloride.
