Can you arrange shipment through our nominated forwarder?
Sure, we do like this for other clients too.
Can you do DDP?
Yes, we do provide DDP service for some clients, we will discuss details with you when you place order.
Can you do spray gun sourcing?
Yes, we can source spray gun for you. We can follow your request to source the same or most similar spray gun. Besides, when new season comes, we always send new spray gun to buyers for recommendation.
Can you make designs?
Yes, we can make designs for you according to your request, or we can also provide you available samples of nice styles for your reference, then you can choose and place order directly.
What's the lead time?
The lead time is 45 days.
For new client's first order, it will take some more time, such as 60 days, because it will need more time for us to understand your know-how to avoid mistakes and make sure quality controlled well.
How about the sample charge?
Development sample is free.
For salesman samples, we will collect 3 times of unit price for new clients.
How long is the sampling time?
It will take 7-14 days for sampling.
Are you a factory?
Yes, XHJ is a garden hose and PVC material manufacturer. We have 2 own factories, one is in China, and the other is in Thailand. We professionally provide almost any kind of custom-made hose.
What's the MOQ?
The MOQ is : 5000pcs per style per color for Garden Hose
How about your capacity?
Our production capacity is : 800,000 pcs per month for 50ft garden hose.
